[Completing our K-12 Educational Excellence – Anchors Academy opens Junior Secondary Division*(Year 7 to Year 9) at Yuen Long campus and launches strategic partnership with St Bees School UK to establish St Bees (Anchors) Sixth Form College* in Hong Kong]

We are proud to announce that Anchors Academy will expand to Junior Secondary (Year 7 to 9) at Yuen Long campus* and co-establish St Bees (Anchors) Sixth Form College* with St Bees School UK, providing a through-train K-12 educational journey for children aged 2-18.

The Junior Secondary curriculum will be an integral part of Anchors educational experience, continuing our unique blend primarily based on the Hong Kong curriculum integrating core elements of the UK National curriculum (Key Stage 3). Students who successfully complete Year 6 will be promoted to Year 7 to continue their junior secondary education.

To fulfil the senior secondary phase of our K-12 blueprint, Anchors Academy has formed a strategic partnership with the UK's historic St Bees School to co-establish St Bees (Anchors) Sixth Form College*. We were honoured to officially announce this partnership at our Information Day on 7 February with the presence of Dr Margaret Choi, School Supervisor; Ms Carmen Choi, Executive Director and School Manager; Mr Danny Wang, Vice Chairman of St Bees School UK; and Mr Olly Wells, Incoming Principal of St Bees School UK, who also shared his vision for academic excellence.

St Bees School UK is renowned for its long history, exceptional academic achievements and excellent university offers in the UK and worldwide. Notable alumnus includes Mr Rowan Atkinson (Mr Bean). The Senior Secondary curriculum will build upon this excellence and the foundation laid at Anchors, integrating the Hong Kong curriculum with core elements of the UK curriculum. Students may choose the international stream with UK curriculum's IGCSE and A-Levels/IAL qualifications or follow the local curriculum for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) examination. All Year 9 students will promote to St Bees (Anchors) Sixth Form College upon their graduation at Anchors Academy.
